FrightFest

FrightFest is run by Alan Jones (who previously curated the Shock Around the Clock and Fantasm festivals) along with Paul McEvoy who used to run the Cinema Store near Leicester Square (and who previously attended other earlier film festivals hawking his wares on tressle tables - Arthur still has various posters, film stills and resin busts purchased from him! ) And there are some other people involved but Arthur doesn't recall who they are.
